Believe in Yourself Tutoring was founded by Kerrin Torres in 2007 after years of tutoring students full of academic promise - who needed encouragement and support to realize their full potential.

The mission of Believe in Yourself Tutoring is to recognize and reveal every student's innate academic potential through careful, constructive, and creative tutoring and mentoring services.

Every student's learning process is unique. Through careful, constructive, and creating tutoring techniques, Believe in Yourself tutors have helped students realize their academic potential.Believe in Yourself Tutoring provides a structured yet encouraging environment for students to excel in the areas that need improvement.

Kerrin Torres - Founder & Managing Director

Miss Torres earned a Master in Arts in English from Bowie State University. Miss Torres is currently a Special Education teacher in Prince George's County Public Schools (MD) and has over 15 years of experience tutoring and enjoys mentoring her peers and other students.  Contact Kerrin.

Cara Cupolo - Director of Administration

Miss Cupolo earned a Masters in Education Administration from the University of Rochester (NY). She has worked with several youth development organizations based in New York and Washington, DC for the past 10 years. Contact Cara.

have years of youth development, teaching, and tutoring experience.
